Ujjivan has introduced National Toll Free Helpline in 2010, prior to that it was using separate helplines for its each Region. National helpline was introduced with the objective of better awareness for customers by providing single contact number and easy to use at free of cost for callers.
The National helpline has an automatic call-routing facility which traces the origin state / telecom circle of the caller and routes the call to respective Regional Helpdesks located at Delhi for North, Bangalore for South, Kolkata for East & Pune for West Region. Each regional helpdesks have equipped with inbound call-center facilities and customer care executives will respond to incoming calls in local language of customer.
Customers who wish to send in their feedback, enquiry and grievances can call the toll-free helpline; their queries will be attended by our experienced customer care executives. General information such as details of products, services, loan account information and branch contacts are provided instantly, whereas grievances which requires data retrieval and investigations will be responded within 5 working days.
