Ujjivan Site Visit Itinerary

At The Administrative Office
           Overview Presentation and Video on Ujjivan
           Discussion with a Member of the Leadership Team
           Tour of the Office
At The Branch Office
           Discussion with the Branch Manager and Field Staff
           Customer Center Meeting
           Small Group Interaction with a Customer

Scheduling

To schedule your participation in Ujjivan's Site Visit, send an email to navitha.m@ujjivan.com at least three days prior to the scheduled site visit. A maximum of 12 people can be accommodated at a time. Space in the program will be allotted on a first come first serve basis.

Be sure to include the following information in your email:
           The name and affiliation of each visitor
           The purpose of the visit
  Special requests, including; meetings with specific departments, extra time in the field, lunch, etc. (Special requests will be considered on a case by case basis and must be made at least one week in advance of the field visit)
   
Fees

A fee will be charged to cover the cost of materials and coordinating time associated with the Site Visit. The exact fee will be provided upon confirmation of participation in the program, and should be paid in cash at the time of the visit.


Visitor Requirements
     
 
 

Aloka Agarwal , a mother of two , runs a printing business of her own. She is from Garia and has taken a business loan and subsequent top-up.

 
     
 
 
Contact Ujjivan by phone or email at least three days prior to the scheduled excursion.
Arrange your own transportation to the Head Office and Branch. We will coordinate directions with the driver
upon arrival at Ujjivan’s Administrative Office.
Arrive at the head office 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time of the Ujjivan Site Visit.
Wear casual/modest clothing (sneakers, slacks, and loose fitting shirts).
Bring a camera, notebook, and pen.
Be prepared for the excursion to run over schedule due to uncontrollable circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.).
