Ujjivan holds Eye Camp in Whitefield, serving 168 customers
On June 1, 2007, Ujjivan held its 7th Eye Care Camp at the Whitefield branch.
168 Ujjivan customers and family members got checked with 1 refractionist,
2 doctors, 2 assistants, and 12 Ujjivan staff members on premise. Everyone got a
check up, 30 glasses were prescribed and 12 cataract operations were scheduled.
The camp was held as a part of Ujjivan’s Save Eyesight Program in collaboration
with the Vittala Institute of Ophthalmology.
