Whitefield Branch Wins the Unitus Cup

On Friday, June 1, the Unitus Cup Series award was presented to the Whitefield Branch.

The Unitus Cup, an inter-branch performance competition held at Ujjivan over the past 6 months, has rewarded the Yeshwantpur, Chamrajpet and Chandra Layout branches, respectively, in each of the three individual matches. However, the steady and superior performance of the Whitefield Branch under the management of CRM Pradeep B. led the branch to claim the top prize.

The Lingarajpuram Branch under CRM Veerapatheeran M. won the runner-up prize. Several CRS were also rewarded for their excellent work over the past 6 months.

“We are very pleased that the overall winners of Unitus Cup were branches which were truly well run,” said Samit Ghosh, CEO.

Points were allotted to or taken away from a branch depending on their performance on acquiring customers, disbursing loans, achieving high repayment rates, completing forms accurately and in a timely manner, conducting loan utilization checks, and collecting the deposit amounts.
