Cocoon Consulting designed and delivered a unique training program, The HR School, for Ujjivan and Grameen Koota, a Bangalore based MFI. The objective of this program is to enable HR Managers to deepen their knowledge and strengthen HR skills, address issues and improve people process’ effectiveness in the organization.

The curriculum is customized to address the requirements HR practitioners at MFIs and the program is to be conducted over a period of 6 months. The first phase of the training was conducted from August 3-6 at the Ujjivan Head Office in Bangalore. The participants are assessed after each module and projects are assigned at each stage, which the participants would need to implement practically in the organization.

The curriculum includes Service Delivery from HR, Organization Design, Recruitment, Induction, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Employee Engagement.
