We often hear that “If you do something good for your customers, they will come back for more, and bring their friends along!” The philosophy behind this, people tell you, is good Customer Service. Only on rare occasions do we find really outstanding service which goes beyond the ordinary and the expected. And the individuals going beyond the call of duty to provide such service are truly the Special Ones.

To celebrate such special moments and be inspired by the commitment of such employees within the organization, Ujjivan has launched a “Service Champion Awards” program. The program aims to recognize all those employees who have provided services beyond the call of duty. Nominations of Service Champions can be given by colleagues or immediate supervisors who witness these at their area of work.

The Service Champions are given a Letter of Commendation from the Managing Director, a framed Certificate of Outstanding Service and Rs.1000 Cash Award.
