In accordance with the RBI Fair Practice Code guidelines, the Ujjivan Board of Directors had approved the code in September 2009. However with the aim of reaching out to our customers, Ujjivan has drafted a new Fair Practice Code in a reader friendly format, which captures the essence of the code submitted to RBI. This has exercise has been carried out with the specific objective of ensuring a clear understanding of the Fair Practice Code at our customers’ end.

This Fair Practice Code would be displayed at all Ujjivan branches in the local language, by 31-March-2010.
