New Rewards and Recognition Program For Customer Relationship Staff (CRS)

Ujjivan’s branches were buzzing with excitement this November over a new employee recognition program introduced to reward top performing Customer Relationship Staff (CRS). By combining cash prizes and public recognition, it seeks to infuse new energy into the field staff. The plan is designed to increase employee retention and strengthen company spirit, two significant priorities for the human resources group.

The CRS form the front line of Ujjivan’s customer interaction, and are at the core of its business. “We’ve always felt that the employees need to be recognized for the commitment that they show in alleviating poverty and empowering women in the community,” said Col. Murthy Rajan, Head of Human Resources.
