Ujjivan Parivar is now 1000 strong

On 31st July 2008, Ujjivan has achieved another milestone by recruiting their 1000th employee. Lt. Col. Murthy Rajan, Head of Human Resources remarks “I wish to thank all members of the HR team, both past and present, for their hard work and dedication to ensure that we keep in line with the processes and business goals and also achieve quality. I am sure the team will continue to strive hard and keep up the good work to attain greater heights in the time to come. “

Shreya Rao, who looks after Employee Relations & Benefits, Compensation and High Level Recruitment remarks, “Though good process and procedures lead to success, it’s the people who actually perform them. While reaching 1000 employees does not mean only acquiring them, it also means that they feel good to work for the organization.”

Ujjivan strongly believes that the employees are its greatest asset. New graded structure, incentives, and advanced training are done to enhance employee’s skills while they work at Ujjivan.

The number of employees across all regions as on 9th August 2008 is 1045. During the month of July, a total of 204 people were hired across all regions.
