Program Manager

 

Reporting to Area Manager or Distribution Manager

Desirable Background:

 

Any Graduate or Post Graduate with relevant experience in MFI/ Social Sector Organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Assisting Area Manager in establishing new branches in the designated area which would include Area Surveys, recruitment etc.

  • Overseeing the operations of 4 branches.

  • Assisting Area Manager in maintaining complete information of competition operating in the area.

  • Conducting the independent GRTs across the assigned branches (50%) through effective scheduling with the branches.

  • Work with the Distribution Manager & Area Manager to visit, review & resolve issues of branches, field staff & centres based on MIS and feed back received from the field.

  • Monitor the collection of each branch on a day to day basis, follow-up over dues immediately first through CRMs and then personally and report the same to AM.

  • Coordinating with Audit & Fraud Control to help investigation & resolution of problems.

  • Assist Area Manager or Distribution Manager in recruitment, training & problem resolution of staff.

  • On a broad basis the time distribution would be: 90%-Field, Customers & Branch, 10%- Area Office/RO/HO

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written

  • Problem solving both staff & customer

  • Basic computer skills - MS Office, ability to access Banker’s Realm, access & interpret MIS, Dash Board etc.

  • Should have an understanding of our business

  • English communications is preferrable but not mandatory.

  • Managerial skills

  • Scalability

  • Compensation:

     

    Rs. 18000/- (CTC) Per Month.
