Regional Operations Manager would be responsible for managing high volume transaction processing of
a centralized shop to support business in North India. The objective is to manage & improve
operational efficiency, service quality & ensure compliances. The candidate should have the following
skills to efficiently manage the job responsibilities:
Communication skills: ability to clearly communicate with internal and external customers
People Management skills: ability to work together & lead a team with strong interpersonal skills
Analytical skills: Essential for Accounting & monitoring
Project Management skills in terms of launching cost effective operational processes & services
Strong computer skills: working knowledge of software packages would be an added advantage
Background
Education:
MBA with an Operations Management specialization with an engineering background preferred
Prior Work Experience: Experience in Financial Services up to five years is useful
Other Attributes: Keen to work in the social sector
Compensation
CTC Rs.30,000 per month - negotiable based on experience and skill sets
