Customer Relationship Manager

 

Reporting to: Distribution Manager/ Chief Operating Officer

Education

  • Should have a degree/masters degree in any of the following disciplines: Social Work, Sociology, Community Development, Agriculture or Business.

  • Prior work experience preferable Minimum two years in any microfinance organization or finance company, NGO working with SHGs on Development Projects.

    About the Job

  • Branch Manager: responsible for over all business of the branch

  • Selling, servicing & collecting from 4000-5000 customers, poor women.

  • Leading a team of field staff of nine.

  • Managing the branch & field operations of the branch which requires strong process management as per field operations manual.

  • Skills Required

  • Should have a passion and desire to work in the social – sector.

  • Ability & desire for hands on work in the field with customers.

  • Strong in business development skills to build & manage the business.

  • Ability to identify & resolve problem.

  • Working knowledge of accounting.

  • Computer savvy: Working knowledge of MS Word & Excel or equivalent.

  • Fluent in Kannada/Local Language with working knowledge of English.

  • Other Aspects

  • Knowledge of local area/district is helpful.

  • Mobility essential: Ability to ride a two-wheeler preferably should own one.

  • Compensation

     

    Commensurate with experience & qualification. We will also have an ESOP program for all employees.
