Cash Officer/Accountant

Reporting to Manager - Operations.

Job Description

The job involves funds management, interaction with correspondent banks on a daily basis, daily cash disbursement handling, maintenance of accurate records, reconcilations, supervision of branch cashiers etc.

Background

Education: B.Com degree
Prior Work Experience: Candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a microfinance organisation/ NBFC/ Bank with a thorough knowledge of cash handling activities
Special Attributes: Impeccable integrity, self motivated and hard working; goal oriented; willingness to learn; passion for work in the social sector; good interpersonal skills. Should be able to speak, read & write in local language (Hindi).

Compensation

Competitive with market for the social sector, commensurate with experience & qualification. We will also have an ESOP program for all employees.
