	Chief Financial Officer

	Finance Managers, Financial Analysts & Staff totaling 12 based in Bangalore, Delhi & Kolkata
	Principal Responsibilities
	Oversee the entire financial process of one of the fastest growing microfinance institutions in India. It has a goal to service over 2,000,000 customers across India through 500 branches and with loan outstanding exceeding Rs.1000 Crores by 2012. The CFO is member of the National Leadership Oversee strategic planning, budget, forecasting, entire MIS for managing the business performance & external reporting. Overseeing the entire Accounting Process. Funds & Liquidity Management and manage relationship with banks & financial institutions. Equity Raising & Investor Relationship & Rating Agency Relationships. Compliances : Statutory, Regulatory, Taxes & Lenders ( Banks & Financial Institutions) Oversee Company Secretarial function. Oversee statutory, regulatory and internal audit functions. Develop & Maintain cordial relationships with investors, bankers and the regulators.
	Educational Profile
	CA and work in a computerized environment.
	Experience
	Minimum – 10 years preferably in a financial institution.
	Orientation
	Work in the social sector.
	Other Requirements
	Strong Leadership, proactive, impeccable integrity, organizational & execution skills; ability to manage teams remotely and excellent interpersonal & communications skills.
	Compensation
	CTC negotiable & will be market related to the social sector & depend on experience & qualifications.
