Post graduate in HR from reputed university.

Profile

           Minimum 10 years’ experience in any sector
           Experience in all the HR functions
           Age: 30-45 years
           Good communication skills in English and preferably Marathi
           Computer savvy
           Willing to travel across the region
           Willing to work in the social sector

Education: Post graduate in HR from reputed university

Team Strength : 10-12
Staff strength : 600-1000

Job Description


           Must be fully conversant with hiring process and recruitment procedure
           Conduct training need assessments for each department; prepare a training calendar; ensure that               internal/external resources are in place
           Ensure monthly payroll and monthly updates of employee database/salary
           Have an employee relations agenda and ensure timely resolution of staff grievances
           Understand the regulations and ensure all statutory compliances, with timely remittances and              submission of half-yearly/annual returns
           Ensure that all staff are insured as per policy; coordinate with insurance companies
           Implement and ensure staff compliance of HR policies
           Execute standing orders of the company and code of conduct for officers
           Ensure rigorous maintenance and updates of employee documentation as per regulations

Compensation: Salary will commensurate with experience and match the best in the microfinance industry
