Location : Corporate Office,Bangalore
S/he will be responsible for raising debt funding for the company through diversified sources. He or she shall be responsible for sourcing term funding from leading public and private sector banks, securitization, debt syndication, NCDs /CPs etc. S/he will be in charge of maintaining:
a) quality MIS, b) compliances, c) certifications, and build sound business relationships with banks and financial institutions. S/he shall also be responsible for funds planning, ALCO and ALM reporting to the RBI and Internal Committee.
A professionally qualified Funds Manager with 10-15 years of experience preferably in the banking sector

MBA Finance or CA
 Responsible for debt funding
Term Loan process from proposal and data submission to follow up and funds deployment
Good numerical and analytical ability and working knowledge of accounting is essential
Monthly reporting to banks.
Strong interest in doing field work and ability to work in the field in difficult environments
Statutory and legal formalities on CA Certifications, charge creation etc
Maintaining accurate system and MIS on Repayment schedules and coordinating for timely repayments and monthly internal MIS for Management
Maintaining smooth banking relationships and coordinating their due diligence visits
Negotiating best possible rates for term funding from Financial Institutions as also on various other terms and financial covenants
ALCO - Preparation of monthly ALM Statement, review and report with CFO & Management , Budgeting /Future projections of funding requirements,
Participate and assist in sourcing alternative debt market instruments, ensure processes and formalities for Non convertible Debentures including legal compliance checks
Participate and lead the process for sourcing funds through securitization
