Candidate must possess a Master's degree with experience in MFI / Finance / NGO/ Social sector Strong geographic & demographic knowledge
Have a minimum 7 - 10 years exposure in Channel / Distribution Management
Responsible for the overall franchise sustainability / profitability
Responsible to set up ,manage and enhance a sustainable business in Mumbai
Responsible for customer and portfolio quality of branches
Monitor customer service quality
Hiring, coaching & retention of the team
Knowledge of Gujarati is Must
Must be conversant in English and local language
Interact with a wide range of People
Self starter with proven track record
Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience.
