Job Title      : Credit Manager

Desirable Background

Education: MBA or Masters in a related field. Background in Economics, Mathematics or Statistics is preferred.

Prior Work Experience: Experience in any areas of marketing, product management, credit or risk assessment, field work, training & sales and keen to work in the social sector

Job Responsibilities

Conducting credit loan approvals for respective city.
Ensuring that the Product program is properly followed.
Incorporating credit inputs into the product program relating to the Bangalore region when necessary.
Monitoring and enforce credit discipline norms for borrower, center, area and visit branches to ensure that proper     field operations are followed.
Monitoring repayments made by customers and report any delinquencies to the Head Office immediately.
Helping branches resolve any repayment problems with customers as they are encountered.
Conducting regional analysis of credit and repayment issues/generate MIS reports.

Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate directly with field staff & customers.
Local language skills
