Masters in Business Administration or Economics with Statistics

Keen to work in the social sector
Work at Office

Approve Loan applications and check supporting documentation for potential customers based on specific approval criteria

Track repayments and follow-up with branches who have customer repayment issues

Perform analytical/quantitative analysis of the trends of loan portfolio, repayments and customer base on a monthly basis
Work at Field

Meetings with customers to obtain further information, feedback, verification of data, and resolve problems.

Attend customer meetings and visit branches to resolve problems, train staff, obtain feedback etc. Skills

Fluency in English, Kannada and Tamil

Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and has experience with use of Software applications

Communication skills: ability to communicate directly with field staff & customers is very useful

Analytical skills- Essential for credit trend analysis

Strong interpersonal skills & teamwork

Ability work in the field in difficult environments

Interested to work in the Social Sector

Microfinance and/or past experience working in the Social Sector is helpful
Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience.
