Reporting to Audit Manager
Delhi & Kolkata, India
Candidate must be at least a post graduate, with
some work experience, preferably in auditing or
in an MFI/Banking institution
Having minimum 1 year experience in Supervising
the planning of Field Audit and executing audit
Ensure effective coverage of the branches, and
dialogue with the branch staff on the overall
audit findings,
and ensure rectification during the course
of audit, if possible.
Ensure that the Field processes as laid down by
Ujjivan are followed at the field level at the
branches Audited.
Lead and supervise the audit team working under
him to ensure all audits are planned and organized
in a
systematic way to cover the work within the time
frame stipulated.
Should have analytical skills to think through
the field audit process and understand field level
situations &problems if any at the branches.
Be good at MS Office /Excel.
The job involves extensive travel , so the candidate
must be willing to travel, as well as interact
with the
customers
Salary will commensurate with qualification and
experience.
