Reporting to Distribution Manager
Any Graduate or Post Graduate with relevant experience
in MFI/ Social Sector Organization.

Responsible for recruitment, training, development,
performance management,
communication,
motivation/mentoring & retention of the entire
branch team in co-ordination with Human
Resources
Department.

Conduct the reference check of the branch staff.

Ensure direct person to person contact with all
staff on a regular basis.

Hold monthly meeting with each branch with the
CRM & staff on a one basis to review performance,
correct
errors and give guidance for improved performance.

Develop a method of monitoring branch & field
level processes implementation as outlined in
the Field
Manual
and Policy Memorandums are strictly adhered.

Manage 8 Branches

Co-ordinate with Audit Department on audits of
branches and fraud control measures

Hands-on management of the branch & field
operations. This would involve direct interaction
with
customers
at GRTs & Centre Meetings. Executed with intelligent
planning based on the MIS received of the
branch
& field level operations.

Area Manager or designated officer from Area Office
to conduct all GRTs in the area

Organize customer meets / training.

On a broad basis the time distribution would be:
50%-Field & Customers, 30%- Branch & 20%-
Reporting
& interaction with H.O. etc.
