Education: Post Graduation in HR. Background in Commerce / Engineering is preferred
Prior Work Experience:
Experience as a HR generalist with strong exposure to analysis and reporting is mandatory. Exposure to Compensation, Performance Management and HR generalist role is desirable.
Design a Compensation framework and effectively implement a structured compensation program including the variable pay plan to drive the Total Rewards philosophy across the organization equally at all zones, including the annual revision roll out for all levels of employees.
Develop an effective Performance Management Program to drive a performance culture across the organization than an year-end appraisal process
Ensure HRIS as principal system for all organizational HR reports & reviews; making HR MIS as way of life
Ensure manning at Leadership levels & all Corporate based roles
Assist in the formulation and roll out of HR Policies and Procedures
Support in Industry HR initiatives of MFIN HR Network
Ensure process controls and audits of all internal HR Operations
Retain Ujjivan’s position as a Great Place to Work in the Microfinance Industry, working on initiatives aimed at addressing employee expectations
Roll out corporate based initiatives across employee life cycle and ensuring effective implementation through the Zonal HR Heads across all branches
