Jerry Rao is a veteran international banker with over 20 years with Citibank in India, the Middle East, Europe, and in The Americas. He is one of the pioneers of Consumer Banking in India. In 1998 Jerry started Mphasis Corporation, a software company based in California. He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad and the University of Chicago.

Vijay Mahajan, Chairman, BASIX
A leader and pioneer of microfinance in India, Vijay Mahajan is the founder of two large and successful organizations: PRADAN and BASIX. He was recently elected as Chairman of the Executive Committee of CGAP [Consultative Group to Assist the Poor], a global microfinance body set up by the World Bank. He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi and IIM, Ahmedabad.
